Khmer Soviet Friendship has known in recent years a remarkable increase in its activities. It has developed a strategy to meet a growing demand of the population, the level of demand increases.
To go one step further, the hospital has based its strategy on four major areas:
Implementation of new activities:

With the financial and legal semi-autonomy, Khmer Soviet Friendship Hospital is headed by Professor NGY Meng, Director of the Hospital.
The Director is supervised by board members and assisted by eight Deputy Directors and a management team, three bureau and offices, follow by 25 medical departments, and other supportive departments.
The general policy of the institution is determined by the Board of Directors, made up of representatives of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Council of Ministers, the Municipality of Phnom Penh, the University of Health Sciences and staff of the hospital.

Hospital is committed to respecting the environment and protecting natural resources of green environment. It contributes to community efforts for the
preservation of environmental health. The disposal and treatment of hospital waste are carried out in compliance with national and accreditation standards.
