Pulmonary centers, often referred to as pulmonary or respiratory centers, are recognized throughout the country for the treatment of complex and chronic respiratory problems, It is also a specialized medical facility that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and management of diseases and every conditions of the respiratory system as critical, medical, surgically, of the lungs and respiratory tract.

Pulmonary Center is comprising a strong team of doctors from subspecialties such as pneumologist with thoracic surgery to treat all types of lung disease: They were all trained at over sea [France, Thailand, South Korea, India and other country…].

Maxillofacial and Dentistry Diagnostic Investigations:

Clinical Examination
- Visual Inspection: Assessment of teeth, gums, oral mucosa, and jaw alignment.
- Palpation: Feeling the tissues for any abnormalities or masses.
- Percussion and Mobility Testing: Tapping on teeth and checking for movement to assess periodontal health and tooth vitality.
Radiographic Imaging
- Intraoral X-rays:
  - Bitewing: Evaluates the crowns of the upper and lower teeth in one area of the mouth, typically for detecting cavities.
  - Periapical: Focuses on one or two teeth, showing the entire tooth from crown to root and the surrounding bone.
  - Occlusal: Shows the roof or floor of the mouth and can help in assessing the development and placement of teeth.
- Panoramic X-ray (Orthopantomogram – OPG): Provides a broad view of the jaws, teeth, and surrounding structures, useful for detecting impacted teeth, cysts, tumors, and jaw disorders.
- Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT): A 3D imaging technique providing detailed views of bone structure, nerve pathways, and soft tissues, essential for implant planning and complex cases.
- Cephalometric X-ray: A side-view X-ray of the head used in orthodontic assessment to evaluate jaw relationships and dental alignment.

5. Laboratory Tests

Biopsy: Removal of tissue for histopathological examination to diagnose oral cancers, lesions, or other suspicious areas.
Microbiological Tests: Used to detect bacterial, viral, or fungal infections in the oral cavity.
Salivary Diagnostics: Analyzing saliva for biomarkers related to diseases, such as periodontal disease or systemic conditions.

6. Jaw Tracking and Occlusal Analysis

Jaw Tracking: Assesses the movement of the jaw in relation to the skull, often used in TMJ disorder diagnosis.
Occlusal Analysis: Evaluates the bite to detect imbalances or malocclusions, which can lead to TMJ disorders or tooth wear.

7. Photographic Records

Intraoral Photography: High-resolution images of the teeth and oral cavity for documentation and treatment planning.
Extraoral Photography: Captures the face and jaw structure, often used in orthodontics and maxillofacial surgery planning.

8. 3D Printing

Used to create physical models of the jaw or teeth based on digital scans, helpful in surgical planning or for custom prosthetics.

3. Advanced Imaging

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI): Used to assess soft tissues, such as the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and detect conditions like TMJ disorders.
Computed Tomography (CT) Scan: Offers detailed cross-sectional images of the facial bones and is often used in trauma cases or for evaluating tumors.
Ultrasound: Sometimes used to evaluate soft tissue lesions, salivary gland disorders, or lymph node involvement.

4. Modern Technology in Models and Impressions

Dental Impressions: Used to create models of the teeth and jaws for treatment planning, particularly in orthodontics, prosthodontics, and surgery.
Digital Impressions: Utilizing intraoral scanners to create 3D models for more precise treatment planning.

Human resource and Education: With University of Health Science (UHS), Institute of Health Science by RCAF, Norton University (NU), Université Laval in Quebec (Canada), Dental Students have been trained every year in our specialized facilities.
